- Registration Fee: S$120.00 (One-time Charge).
- English language tuition fee: S$ 200.00 (If applicable).

- Payment should be upfront of 6mths inclusive deposit, rental and registration fee.
- The above charges are inclusive of the prevailing goods and services tax, utilities bill, wireless internet services, maintenance and the use of common facilities*. Once reservation has been confirmed, a key deposit of S$ 2000.00 is needed to reserve the room. Invoices will be send over once reservation has been confirmed.
- For stay duration less than committed period, one month security deposit will be forfeited.
- The management has the right to review the prices without prior notice.
