  1. Registration for admission is $168.00 (non-refundable) and deposit of $500.00 (refundable upon checkout)
  2. Computers with wireless capability need to register with hot spot to access internet service (free of charge)
  3. Use of facilities includes: water, electricity, housekeeping of rooms once a week (upon request), wireless internet access, laundry service daily on weekdays (wash, dry and fold), usage of recreational area, basketball court, study room, common kitchen, mini-mart, pray room and pantry room.
  4. All room types’ accommodation fee is received 3 month upfront. For accommodation more than 3 months, the accommodation fee is divided into 3 months per period and received upfront.
  5. Double Apartment with toilet: One unit with 2 bedrooms and a living room with television set, sofa set, dining set, pantry, refrigerator, toilet and shower (cleaned daily). Now, it is available at Katong Hostel.
  6. Dormitory (10 in a room): Individual bed and wardrobe, room furnished with lighting, fan and air conditioner. Now, it is available at Katong Hostel at 369 Tanjong Katong Road and Vita Hostel at 50 Carlisle Road.
  7. In order to facilitate and orientate new students, all new students will be entitled for one Singapore Flyer ticket.
  8. The Management reserved the right to revise the pricelists accordingly without prior notice.
